Pure Flo B80
Pure Flo B80 is a cost-effective bleaching absorbent to be used for the pretreatment and bleaching absorption of edible oils and fats. This is a domestically sourced carbon chemistry bleaching clay often used in BHO Extractions. B80 is efficient in the removal of additional color bodies.

- Excellent metals adsorption (P, Ca, Fe, Mg, Ni, etc.)
- Removes moderate levels of chlorophyll and color bodies from vegetable oils
- Removes soaps and phospholipids
- Favorable filtration characteristics, including long filtration cycles and less pressure build up at cycle end.
- Minimizes free fatty acid rise during bleaching
- Does not contain mineral acid, which can damage oil

- Physical refining of palm oil
- Color removal from cottonseed, tallow, coconut, palm and other oils
- Chlorophyll removal from oils with moderate chlorophyll levels
- Compatible with food grade acids for enhanced chlorophyll removal
